Sales/Estimator

 Position Duties:

    • Prepare estimates by performing the take off on all levels of drawings
    • Work with customers to get upfront questions answered to establish accurate bid/budget
    • Review all specifications on the projects
    • Contact subcontractors to confirm pricing
    • Write up the proposals with all options requested by owner/contractor/VE Options
    • Review proposals with General Manager and Sales Engineer to confirm final pricing
    • Follow up with customers after bid day until feed back is received
    • Develop long lasting customer relations that will lead to negotiate work
    • Stay involved with projects as needed through out the duration of the project
    • Work with Project Manager to close out the project by helping get the PCI Certified required survey back from the customers

Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or the Equivalence
